Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 23 Oct 2025
These Terms govern your use of Handwriting Studio 2.0 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our service you agree to them.
1) Scope of service
We provide graphology handwriting analyses with reflective, practical insights. Our work is not medical, psychological, legal, hiring, or financial advice, and is not predictive.
2) How it works
- Inquiry → Reply & Zoom: After you reach out, we reply and book a short Zoom call to understand your goals and answer questions.
- E-contract & payment (upfront): You sign our electronic service agreement and pay in full before we begin.
- Secure upload: You submit a clear, authentic page of natural handwriting (recent, not traced/copied). Upload happens via our secure link.
- Analysis & delivery: We conduct the analysis and deliver your report according to the plan selected (see Pricing). Follow-ups and any debrief call are included only as stated in your plan.
3) Plans & turnarounds
- Starter: concise profile; standard turnaround.
- Deep Dive: context & legibility notes, full feature-cluster analysis, advanced PDF, follow-ups.
- Premium: everything in Deep Dive plus a 30-minute debrief call, annotated highlights, priority support.
Current pricing and turnaround windows are listed on the Pricing section.
4) Payments & refunds
- Invoices are issued electronically; payment is due immediately upon invoice.
- Work starts only after the e-contract is signed and payment is received.
- No refunds once payment is made and work is scheduled or underway, unless we make a clear, legitimate mistake (e.g., misattributed sample or demonstrable error). In such case we will correct the report or, at our discretion, refund.
5) Your responsibilities
- Provide an authentic, recent sample written by the subject, with proper consent.
- Ensure legibility (good lighting/scan). Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.
6) Use of report & IP
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the delivered report.
- No resale, publication, redistribution, or model training use without our written consent.
7) Privacy & data
We operate on consent-first handling, short retention, and deletion on request, subject to legal obligations. We store submissions securely and only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet compliance requirements.
8) Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific analysis.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The version and date above indicate the current Terms.
